Important Dissolution Notice  for Our Patients

We would like to inform our patients that  The Colte Partnership shall formally dissolve at 23:59 on the 31st of March 2026. At 00:00 on the 1st of April 2026, Walton shall become an independent GMS contract-holding GP Practice Partnership with the following named Partners jointly and severally liable for all matters of the new Partnership:

Please be reassured that there will be no change to the care and services you receive. Patients will continue to access appointments, prescriptions, and clinical services in the same way as normal.
Our Doctors, nurses, and wider healthcare team remain fully committed to supporting your health and wellbeing.
The dissolution of the Colte Partnership is an administrative change only and does not affect your registration with your Practice. There is no need to take any action.
We would like to thank all our patients for their continued trust and support, and we look forward to continuing to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
